A credit card is required to schedule an appt at Lavish. We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours and your appt can not be filled, you’ll be charged 30% of the appointment missed. We know life happens and there are exceptions to this, so don’t stress. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged 50% of your appt, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
